    This is awesome. Really helpful. I think The Sun "charges" the paint. The UV light strengthens it during the day. Simply leaving it out during the day helps the paint get brighter at night.

    Glow in dark spray pain (rust-oleum max) works amazing and if you get a black light flash light it will light them up immediately when you hold on for a couple seconds and will stay lit after and recharges when you shine it on them especially up close
